Will Fort is a dedicated and experienced DevOps Engineer, having worked at Telana for 4 years in customer projects and varying levels of customer support, ranging from direct product support to digital transformation and desktop support. His role involves bespoke application and IT support, SharePoint support, system administration, device management and custom application and website development using No Code and Low Code solutions (Power Platform), alongside lower-level development using React and Azure backend technologies, including Cosmos DB, Azure Functions, HTML, JS, CSS, and Azure Web Applications, and containerising applications.

Will has experience deploying business-managed policies, devices and applications, alongside providing on-site tech support, working to fit customer requirements and working efficiently and comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

Will has experience working for a variety of clients, ranging from charities to finance firms, designing network solutions, Intune system administration and designing and deploying custom applications in Azure and on-premises.

Will has great people skills, as evidenced by having led a Code Club for five years at Burnley Library and Burnley Campus, inspiring children and teenagers to develop their skills and creativity in technology. This is also reflected in the work he has done with Telana visiting colleges and universities to discuss cyber security and careers in technology.

Will is a seasoned traveller with a deep passion for discovering new experiences, particularly in the area of the French language and culture. As a French speaker, he is committed to continuous self-improvement and learning, always seeking to broaden his horizons and deepen his understanding of the world.

Will has designed and developed websites and applications for high-profile clients, delivering robust and user-friendly solutions that meet business needs and has a huge passion for coding and IT support.
